IEMA Bylaw Amendments Due

Article 13: Amendments
The-Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the-Primary members present at the Spring Meeting of the Association, provided that notice of such proposed amendment(s) and copies, must have been distributed to all Primary members at least thirty days prior to said meeting. The proposed amendment(s) must be submitted to the Executive Committee of the Association at least sixty days prior to the Spring Meeting.
