The Northeast Iowa Regional Emergency Planning Committee, LEPC, is requesting proposals from firms or individuals with emergency management, commodities mapping, and hazardous materials planning and response experience to complete a ten-county Hazardous Materials Commodity Flow Study related to the following modes of transportation: road and rail.
This study is expected to provide critical information needed to expand the scope and effectiveness of the LEPC member Hazardous Materials Response Plans (i.e., ESF-10).
An interested party or parties may request consideration for this project by submitting a proposal to the LEPC as outlined in the attached Request for Proposal.
